What do You Need?

What does it take to get started in Internet marketing? It really only takes a computer, an Internet connection, a blog, a little time, and a lot of effort. I started with just these things. Depending on how much time and effort you put into it you can move right along, or if you put in a little time and effort it could take you years.

I have been searching on the internet for a number of years now, since 2005 on how to start my own business. It takes a lot of work cutting through the crap from the so called Guru’s to the reality of what you have to really do. I have spent lots of money on eBooks, software, programs, courses, etc, and low and behold there is always something left out. These so called Guru’s do not teach you the whole story on the topic you have purchased. The emails are horrendous 300 hundred four hundred everyday, it comes to a point where you just say stop already. So I took along break worked my day job everyday, every week lived paycheck to paycheck and tried to survive.

Until today I am starting a new internet marketing journey and I would love to take you along to help and also support your needs in succeeding. I started out this time by taking a free course four days a week it and seeing I hadn’t known much more than I did in 2005, it satisfied my needs, through this internet course and I met some very sincere and compassionate people, who were and are to this day very helpful. I joined a membership site from this group and started networking with other people. I upgraded in this free internet course and there was a monthly charge, and the course was suppose to excel for paid members, well I have been in this accelerated class now for four months, and I am still no further than I was before I joined.

So now I have spent enough time going that road, because I am still getting nowhere, I have to change courses.

Now I have joined Mark Terrell’s Coaching Newbie’s, and I am very happy. I now have my own squeeze page and it only took me less than a week, and I am starting to learn the tips and tricks on how to grow my list. Mark is a very caring person, he is the best to work with, he is always there to answer a question, or show you what to do if asked, I am so glad I have chosen this route, and My advice to anyone wanting to start an internet business is to join Mark’s coaching program and cut out all the aggravation from the start.

    Hi Karen,

Brian Welsh here. Thank you for stopping by my blog. I have only just re-activated it as part of the Mark Dulisse course. Not sure why I keep spending money on courses!!!

I don’t know Mark Terrell but remember Dean Holland from the Alex Jefferies course. I didn’t complete the Jefferies course although with hindsight he was a pretty sound guy.

I love your web theme choice, it made me smile and that is a good start.

Here’s wishing you every success, just stay away from the Gurus & you’ll do fine!!!

  2. Thanks for stopping by my blog. I’m glad your taking action and not just letting go of all your hopes and dreams. As a person who considers Alex Jeffreys one of my mentors in online business, I have to say you are in good hands with taking up the coaching offer of one of his past students. Hope you continue to stop by my blog as it is becoming an all in one stop for learning the ropes in internet marketing.

    Talk soon,
    Anthony Arias

  3. Hi Karen,
thanks for dropping by my blog. Your above post is so correct. For the newbie, information overload is one of the most soul destroying thing they face. The truth is that most of us go through this stage in our online journey.
My advice is to follow only those that give you value and take action on only one idea at a time.
Love the header on this blog by the way.

I know Mark Terrell and you’re in good hands. We were both in Alex Jeffreys’ coaching program. It’s great that you have your own squeeze page as now you can start building you’re all important list.

Good luck in your endeavors and I’m sure you’ll succeed as long as you remain focused.

  10. Hi Karen,

I’m glad to see your back at the helm of internet marketing again. It is a tough place to be when you’re all alone.

It never ceases to amaze me how much money people lose until they hook up with the right people. The other part of that money loss is also tied into your time. Find your niche early and drive traffic like there’s no tomorrow.

Your site is BEAUTIFUL! and you write well too.

    Good Luck,
